Alright, been on here quite often. Never got the time to make an account.... So I'm checking in here too...

Drives a '96 3000gt base
Nothing much about me. I go crazy about track!!! I'm not talking drag! I personally think that's too simple... Obviously a good driver and the faster car wins. Everyone knows that. For now I travel around the midwest in late springs until early fall attending track events... Usually in MN and Ohio. For a base model and fwd 3000gt. I love the way it handles and, no, it's no where near stock. And yes, if you challenge me to a race, don't think it's going to be drag, you race my style. I'm a pretty serious guy and laid back also. I get a long with everyone that can relate to cars with me. But if you're cocky, you're just another one of them ricers that thinks you're all that. ;)

And this little message is for "navysandsquid" if you're the guy that works or whatever on the south side of sheboygan on calumet/business and there's usually a yellow evo that parks there too. then yeah. A lot of the ricers/racers dislike you, even some of the respectable knowledgeable guys. Not saying I'm one of them. Just letting you know... :D

Hopefully this site/forum starts to get more active or something. Seem pretty dead as much as I've been on here myself. Overall, good clean site/forum though!

This place has been pretty dead for the past year or so. Recently we've had a few new people sign up and the activity is finally picking up again. What tracks are there in the midwest? I always thought it would be fun to get into some sort of track racing.

Hi everyone I am new to this site. My name is Allan and I've got a 2007 WRX. Nothing's been done to this one, unless you count a set of wheels and a b**ch shift knob :P . I'd actually like to work on my driving skills (or lack of) before I tear the car apart anyway, but most future plans will consist of suspension set-up.

I used to autocross a good amount but in the last few years I can unfortunately count the number of autox's or lapping days I've done on one hand. Kids, work, house keep a guy busy. Anyway (I say this every year) I hope next year I can hit more events.

I don't have many pics of myself loaded to photobucket, so enjoy this one of my wife and me at an 80's party this summer :D

Thanks. That is at Shawano; an autocross back in May or so. If you search for "yovanilla" on youtube you can see some in-car video of it. Be gentle though, I was 5-6 years rusty!

Don't worry, i don't think any of us have been on that track yet so we'd have no right to critique your runs. I've been wanting to get out to USAIR but it's never worked out for me where i could yet.

I appreciate that! I know as well as anyone the dificulty in freeing up car time. But Shawano is a lot of fun if you ever get the chance. Not real fast, but it's real hilly and technical.
